We have a 14-Day Return and Change Policy.

Return or change notification: Consumers must inform the seller of their decision to return or change the product within a 14-day window.

Return Process: After notifying the seller, the consumer has another 7 days to actually return the product.

Refund Deadline: Sellers must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, if these where sent in the 7 days following the notice.

Costs: The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the seller agrees to pay it.
